Crystal Flats is absolutely wonderful!!! The privacy of the outdoor garden in the rear, the specialized coffee in the mornings, the study rooms and WiFi made this residence better than most in the area. The amenities-grilling, playing ping-pong was a favorite for my daughter and playing billiards on the roof, was an added bonus! A must see!!!

I visited seventeen locations in the DC and Virginia area. Aaron made my visit amazing and I signed the lease immediately. David the Concierge is so wonderful and made my move in so simple. Crystal Flats is safe, beautiful and well maintained by the staff. You will not go wrong living here and will enjoy the beautiful roof top location. The metro is half a block away.

The location is very convenient being a block from the Crystal City metro. The rooftop is a great hangout spot, and the staff hold social events about once a month that are very nice for meeting your neighbors.
